Our Hours
We are open Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and occasional Saturdays by appointment.
Our Location
We are located on Level 1 in the Specialist Medical Centre, on Edward Street. Please take the lift or stairs, and turn left to enter our suite. Parking is available onsite; please arrive early to ensure sufficient time to park as it can be busy.
Our exercise & education classes are held at (and in collaboration with) Nova Health Co, on the ground floor of Docker Medical, 2-10 Docker Street.
