This week, we say hello to Tash!

As our Practice Manager, Tash helps keep things running behind the scenes at Nova Pelvic Health. From supporting Jenna with the day-to-day running of the business to keeping our wonderful front-of-house team on track (and navigating a very full appointment book 😅).

But what Tash loves most about her role is being able to support women in our community through some of the most vulnerable times in their lives, and seeing them grow in confidence, feel comfortable and better understand what’s happening in their bodies.

We’re so lucky to have Tash helping keep everything moving behind the scenes! 🫶🏻

This week, we’re getting to know another member of our support team! Alex 🫶🏻

Alex’s connection with Nova Pelvic Health actually started around four and a half years ago, when she came to see Jenna after having her youngest.

What she remembers most is how warm and welcoming Jenna was, making her feel comfortable and supported, even when she was feeling anything but comfortable.

Fast forward a few years and Alex happened to bump into Jenna and mentioned that she’d always love to work with her.

And the rest is history. 💓

Now, Alex is part of our admin support team and one of the friendly faces you’ll find behind the desk at Nova Pelvic Health.

The Pelvic Hot Seat 🔥

This week, we’re getting to know someone from behind the scenes at Nova Pelvic Health and it’s my turn.

Meet Grace 👋🏼

Like a lot of women, becoming a mum and experiencing pregnancy and postpartum gave me a whole new understanding of just how much women go through during this time and how vulnerable it can feel.

My background is actually in the beauty industry, so I’ve always loved working with and supporting women. When an opportunity came up to join the Nova Pelvic Health team, it felt like a chance to take that passion for supporting women into something that felt even more meaningful.

And it all started with an appointment with Jenna… which eventually turned into a friendship and then, somehow, me ending up behind the desk (and behind the camera!) at Nova Pelvic Health.

What I love most about my role is supporting women in any way I can, whether that’s being a friendly face when they walk through the door, helping behind the scenes or sharing what we do here through our socials.

I feel pretty lucky to be part of a team that gets to support women through some really challenging, but also really empowering and beautiful, times in their lives.

And yes… I really do love my job 🫶🏻

Next week, we’ll be putting another member of our support team in the Hot Seat.

Tash you show up every single day with warmth, calm and a smile that makes both our patients and our team feel so looked after. Your fun and contagious personality lights up every room you walk into and makes coming to work just that little bit better for everyone around you.

The clinic wouldn't be the same without you and we are so grateful to have you by our side.
