We understand that pelvic health is personal. Pelvic health symptoms are often not discussed openly, and for many people, reaching out for help can feel daunting.
That’s why we’ve created a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and truly listened to. From our kind and understanding administrative team, to our highly-educated, knowledgeable and empathetic practitioners, we provide confidential support from the moment you first connect with us.
We’re passionate about helping women and men feel confident in their bodies, whether you’re navigating pregnancy, recovering after birth or surgery, navigating pain, or managing ongoing bladder, bowel or genital symptoms that impact your quality of life.
Your story matters. We take the time to understand your symptoms, your history, and what’s important to you so we can tailor your care to your goals.
We use a thorough and individualised approach to assessment, helping us gain a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body and how best to support you.
We’ll talk you through what we find in a way that makes sense, helping you understand your body and your options moving forward so you can feel informed and have choice and confidence in your care.
Your treatment is tailored to you. This may include hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, bladder or bowel strategies, specialised equipment and practical lifestyle advice to support your recovery.
Pelvic health can be complex, and we recognise that sometimes a team approach is needed. We work closely with other health professionals where appropriate to ensure you receive the best possible care.
